    • 102 - Operation of an unapproved food premises [s. 6(1)]
      • Observation: During initial inspection it was noted that the kitchen was in operation without a valid health operating permit.
      • Corrective Action: The operator was provided with the health approval after the inspection. Operator to post the permit in conspicuous location visible to public once it is provided.
    • 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Absence of sanitation bottle/buckets with cloth was observed. Unsanitary food surfaces may contaminate the other food being prepared on the same surfaces. The food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized routinely and in between preparing different food items to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator purchased house hold bleach for preparing fresh bleach solution. Sanitation bucker with wiping cloth was setup during the inspection.
