- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Hand washing sink was observed to be blocked by a garbage bin. (Public Heallth Significance) - Hand washing sink should always be accessible in order to ensure hand washing by the food handlers. Qnwashed handS of food handlers can cause contamination and cross-contamination of food items, such food items if consumed can cause food-borne illness.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the hand washing sink is accessible at all times. Operator removed the garbage bin which was in front of the hand washing sink at the time of inspection.

- Observation: Observed gaps/openings on the bottom panel of main entrance door of the coffee shop. (Public Health Significance) - Gaps/openings on entrance/back doors of a food premises may permit the entry of pests that may carry disease causing organisms. These pests may contaminate food items and cause food-borne illness.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that the main door is completely sealed (weather-strip) such that there are no gaps/openings.
