      • Observation: Noticed significant amount of water leaking from the hot-holding unit once the the tap of 3rd compartment sink is turned on. Plumbing of the hot-holding unit/pump not in good working order (Public health significance) - Leaking water in the food mobile can attract pests that may contaminate food and cause food-borne illless, it can also slips and falls.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to address the plumbing issue such that there is no leakage.
