     • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher, and ensure it is capable of sanitizing dishes at 180F(82C) or hotter during the rinse cycle (160F/71C required at the dish surface).
     • All reusable dishware (for church members) is being manually washed, rinsed, and sanitized using two-compartment sink method in the meantime.
