      • Disinfectant spray bottles: Bleach water was at 0 ppm.Bleach water was available in laundry room at 200 ppm - each child care room was corrected to have bleach disinfectant at 200 ppm.Please ensure that the disinfectant spray bottles are checked with test strips available.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Toy washing procedures were discussed with staff on site. Please send an updated toy washing procedure, including where and how toys are washed for each room to our office. Please ensure that the staff are following the approved toy washing procedures which include:1. Hot soapy water to clean toys (that can be soaked or submerged) in an approved sink.2. Rinse soap3. Soak toys in an approved disinfectant4. Air dry*For toys that cannot be soaked, please ensure that they are being cleaned and then thoroughly sprayed for disinfection. The bathroom hand sinks cannot be used for toy washing or water for toy washing.
