- Corrective Action(s): Attempt to investigate this area for rodent nests and remove if they are identified. Try not to have dead rodents within space voids that cannot be removed for cleaning and disinfecting. Monitor the room and surrounding area for rodent droppings and clean them up. Seal gap underneath doors.

- Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer concentration was corrected and measured at 200 ppm quats. Note: Manager to obtain appropriate test strips as soon as possible as it was stated that test strips had recently run out. Ensure sanitizer is always maintained at the correct concentration for effective and safe sanitizing of food contact surfaces (for example, 200 ppm quats or as per manufacturer's specifications).
