      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. One dish contains chocolate debris
      • 2. Metal cookie baking sheet saturated with oil and crumbs
      • 3. One shallow tray contained icing / sugary deposits
      • Corrective Action(s): Aforementioned items were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure that all food contact surfaces such as utensils and trays are properly cleaned and sanitized after use.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle was labelled with "bleach 1:10" and bleached out chlorine test strips at time of inspection..
      • Corrective Action(s): One of the bleach spray bottles was emptied and refilled with 200 ppm chlorine residual, then labelled as "bleach 200 ppm". Operator informed that a 1:10 dilution of bleach is not food-grade and should be reserved for deep cleaning only. Food contact surfaces need to be sanitized with a 200 ppm bleach solution before and after use.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bromadiolone rodenticide bait (0.005%) station located in corner of kitchen storage cabinet #2 and #3. Operator states that the professional pest company in charge of the bait is no longer with the community centre.
      • Corrective Action(s): Rodenticide bait station removed at time of inspection. Bromadiolone is a potent anticoagulant and is extremely poisonous to humans. Bromadiolone is only permitted for use outdoors.
