      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food colouring agents unfit for human consumption used observed. When inquired, operator was not aware of the colour agent being unfit as all other colours than orange/red are okay. Education provided

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed items in the walk-in cooler that are the adequately covered. Also, some containers were stacked directly on top of other food products
      • 2. Single use paper cups used to scoop sugar noted; this is repeated finding. Practice must stop as paper cups are not suitable design nor it is suitable material

      • Observation: 1. Can opener has accumulated a significant amount of grime, especially in the gears.
      • 2. Soda fountain guns (all 8 in both bars), as well as the trays underneath the guns, have a significant amount of sugary residue and filth accumulated.
      • 3. No sanitizer solution was present during food preparation at time of inspection
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Can opener was washed and sanitized at time of inspection.
      • 2. Disassemble all 8 soda fountain nozzles and remove all sugary residues, then sanitize. Remove all trays to wash and sanitize before placing it back into the holder. All nozzles and trays need to be properly cleaned and sanitized to avoid attracting pests.
      • 3. 200 ppm sanitizing pail was made. Ensure that a sanitizing pail is present at all times during food preparation for proper cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces - corrected at time of inspection
