     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several of the paper towel dispensers along the cookline and in bar area empty. Discussed with staff and units restocked.
     • Corrective Action(s): Make sure staff regularly check the status of all paper towel and liquid soap dispensers.
     • Violation Score: 5
   • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
     • Observation: Observed food debris accumulations in several areas of kitchen including:
     • - Along wall edge of floor at window prep station;
     • - Floor below flat top at cookline;
     • - Exterior floor wall edge extending along and beyond doors to walk-in cooler freezer;
     • - Interior floor of walk-in cooler below dairy/eggs.
     • - Build-up around legs (some) of equipment/shelves in kitchen.
     • Corrective Action(s): Clean these above noted areas and make sure staff quality of work is to Brodeurs standards.
