      • Observation: Rodent activity noted in facility. Most activity noted in electrical storage room with pulled insulation, gnawed walls, and droppings. Minor droppings noted in kitchen and on lower secondary shelving where flour stored. Droppings noted in hot water tank room, but likely accidental. Traps observed throughout facility. Sticky traps by dishwasher noted. Some wire blockage noted. More needed. Pest Control here 2x per week.
      • Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean droppings up as part of regular cleaning routine. Target storage rooms and area below and around dish sink/dishwasher. If any droppings noted on shelving, make sure no food adultration has occurred and discard any food that has been adultered. Cleaning will help pest control technician with movement patterns for trapping.
      • Have pest control block the wall access points, starting with the electrical storage room. Steel wool, wire guage mesh all good starting point. More needed.
