      • Corrective Action(s): Discussed the use of alternate sanitizer, 1 Oz Chlorine bleach per gallon water.
      • Disinfect all food surfaces and food contact equipment in premise using alternate sanitizer.
      • Sanitizer dispenser to be serviced to ensure dispensed solution at a concentration of 200 ppm Quats.

      • Corrective Action(s): Discussed with operator and bottle was direct filled in morning. The system may need to be primed, especially prior to first use of the day. Make sure staff are notified. Also, make sure to audit main feed regularly to ensure it works properly.
