- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff lunches (including left-overs of employee meals) were found stored on top shelves in the double door cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Food and beverages belonging to staff must be kept in a separate staff fridge to prevent contamination of food items to be used for hotel guests. ( Immediately).

- Corrective Action(s): Some of the perishable food items were relocated to another cooler at 4 C. Do not over stock any cooler and ensure to not store any wide pans or boxes that could block the flow of cold air.

- Corrective Action(s): Repair or replce the dishwasher so that it reaches 120-140 F (50-60 C) during wash cycle and between 180-190 F (>82 C) during sanitizing cycle.Ensure the soap is thoroughly rinsed from the plates after rinse cycle. (Immediately). Send a copy of the work order to our office.
