- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle in the back at 0ppm Chlorine
- Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled spray bottle, now at 100ppm Chlorine. Ensure this bottle is changed at least daily and that staff are using it to spray surfaces and sanitize them.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the kitchen blocked by food defrosting in the sink as well as large buckets and boxes in front of the sink.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsink is empty and available for handwashing at all times, as well as the path in front of the sink is not blocked so staff can wash their hands.

- Corrective Action(s): Staff MUST wash their hands when moving between tasks such as handing raw food to handing ready to eat food. Touching not food contact areas such as door handles, cooler handles and moving to prep preparation. Lack of hand washing can lead to foodborne illness. Educate staff of the importance of washing hands and that wearing gloves is not a reason to avoid hand washing.

- Paper towel dispenser has a roll of household paper towels sitting on top and nothing in the dispenser. Staff cannot reach the soap or paper towels
- Corrective Action(s): Re-organize the counter so soap is in reach, or purchase a pump for the counter. Purchase paper towels that go in the dispenser or get a counter top dispenser for the house hold rolls so they can be used properly by Wednesday June 7
