- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza being displayed at room temperature and then being reheated by the slice when ordered. No timer or tracking of time being done.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure a timer is being used or the time it is removed from the oven is logged. As per food safety plan, pizza is to be out for a max of 2 hrs at room temperature. Timers on site so they need to be used.
