      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff using cash register and then put on gloves to handle food, no hand washing being done when moving between tasks.
      • Gloves are being reused, used then removed and placed on counter, then put back on later.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure hands are being washed when moving between tasks.
      • Also once gloves have been worn, then they must be discarded. Gloves cannot be removed, placed on counter and reused.
      • Violation Score: 5
    • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: Staff on site does not have Foodsafe
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure one person at all times has a valid Foodsafe certificate with a copy on site for verification by June 25/25
