      • Improper disinfectant test strips were being used - please ensure you purchase the type of disinfectant test strips as indicated on the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions. If using PreEmpt CS20, buy AHP7 indicator test strips (50 count). If using PreEmpt HLD5, buy AHP2 indicator test strips (100 count).
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • In treatment rooms # 5 and #1, there is a small container of pre-dispensed cosmetic product (Carrot & Claendula intimate salve) that was not properly labelled. Ensure decanted cosmetic products are labelled with its contents. The original/bulk supply must be labelled with product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and/or list of ingredients.
