If using PreEmpt CS20, buy AHP7 indicator test strips (50 count). If using PreEmpt HLD5, buy AHP2 indicator test strips (100 count).

      • In treatment rooms # 5 and #1, there is a small container of pre-dispensed cosmetic product (Carrot & Claendula intimate salve) that was not properly labelled. Ensure decanted cosmetic products are labelled with its contents. The original/bulk supply must be labelled with product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and/or list of ingredients.
