    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Single cheese packets and cut carrots and celery in an ice bath were measured at 11-13C. Keep potentially hazardous food at or below 4C or at or above 60C. Please replenish ice. Ice was replenished during the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No hot water was available at the corner hand sink in the kitchen. The hot water tap was in disrepair. Please repair the hand sink. Ensure hot water is available at all times for proper hand washing. Two other hand sinks were available for hand washing.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispensers at two handwashing sinks in the kitchen were found empty.Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with paper towels at all times. Photos were later received showing the hand sinks stocked with paper towels.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. Two small paper cups were found stored in dry food containers (flour and seasoning mix). Please use dedicated scoops or spoons with long handles to prevent contamination of food. Paper cups are intended for single use and cannot be effectively cleaned or sanitized. Please only use utensils that can be properly cleaned and sanitized.The cups were removed from the container. Scoops will be obtained.2. The dipper well with used ice cream scoops was off. Ensure that the dipper well is always on and running. Once notified, the dipper well was turned back on.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The facility was generally clean and well maintained; however, the black cart in the back had a buildup of food debris. Please clean and maintain in a sanitary condition. Photos were later received showing that the black cart had been cleaned.

      • Back area hand sink lacked soap.Dispenser was re-filled during inspeciton.

      • Current food permit not posted in visible location.
