- The facility was generally clean and well-maintained; however, chlorine measured between 50–100 ppm at the chemical dishwasher. Maintain chlorine concentration at 100 ppm at all times for effective sanitation. Please use chlorine sanitizer test strips to verify concentration.Please repair the dishwasher as needed.
