     • Corrective Action(s): Staff thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the above mentioned areas.

     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodent droppings were observed over a few canned products (containing garlic and pepper contents) on a shelving unit.
     • Corrective Action(s): Manager removed the affected canned items from the point of sale and affected cardboard boxes during the inspection, and informed she would discard them. Continue with monitoring for signs of pest activity, regular cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces (shelving units), discarding food products subject to signs of damage or contamination, and with your pest control program measures.
