- Observation: Chemicals (antifreeze, transmission fluid) observed to be stored on top of or directly next to packaged food and food containers. Chemicals, cleaners, and similar agents are to be stored separately from food to limit potential for chemical contamination of food items.

- Observation: Mouse droppings observed outside door entrance to walk in display drink cooler and under three-compartment sink. Pest entryway noted from previous inspections has been sealed off.
- Corrective Action: Remove any mouse droppings and disinfect the area with bleach solution. Continue to monitor for pest activity and ensure that pests do not come into contact with food or food contact surfaces.
