- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Ice scoop handle at front ice sink observed touching ice directly. Ice may be indirectly contaminated by workers if scoop is not stored in a sanitary manner.
- Corrective Action: Ice scoop moved away from ice sink during inspection.

- Observation: Glass washer not dispensing any sanitizer at time of inspection. Both hoses feeding into machine were drawing from sodium hydroxide which is intended for use as only a rinse/degreasing agent. Lack of sanitizing increases risk of transmitting illness between customers.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that sanitizer is available for glass washer.
