      • Observation: Notible gap is observed at the back door. Gaps may allow for pest entry into premises.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to seal gap at back door.
    • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) No paper towen observed at hand washing station. Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action: Operator put out paper towel at the handwash sink. Ensure hand washing stations are adequately supplied and maintained; It should be equipped with running warm water, soap and paper towels.
