      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): OBserved spinach feta pastry to be stored at room temperature. Manager informed it was made approximately 3 hours ago. As mentioned by previous inspector, all hot potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 60C or higher.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard aformentioned food. Store all hot-potentially hazardous foods at 60C or higher. Do not store at room temperature.

      • Observation: Exposed wooden wall platform used to mount vegetable dicer observed.
      • Corrective Action(s): SEal aformentioned wooden platform to ensure it is non-porous, non-toxic, and easily cleanable material. Corrected by: Sept 9, 2025.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two spinach feta pastry was stored at room temperature during the inspection. As per Manager this was prepared at 10 AM (current time of inspection 12:30 PM). Manager will be discarding the pastry within 1.5 hours from now.
      • Corrective Action(s): Going forward, keep the spinach feta pastry hot at 60.0C or above.
      • All hot potentially hazardous food must be kept at 60.0C or higher to prevent potential bacterial growth or toxin production.

    • 301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Ice scoop was stored in a container noted with a few dead flies.
      • 2. Food debris was noted behind the handle of the meat slicer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Issues were corrected immediately. Both the ice scoop and container were taken to the dish washer for washing. Manager took apart the meat slicer and had a staff cleaned and sanitized the handle of the meat slicer.
