- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pallet holding crates of milk was left out at room temperature in loading dock. On site manager indicated that it had been taken out of the reefer truck on site as they were expecting another one to arrive and replace the current one.
- Corrective Action(s): Keep milk inside at 4 deg C or less at al times. Only take it out once the new reefer has arrived. On site manager did not know when the new truck would arrive; milk was placed back into the onsite truck.
