      • Observation: Exposed bare wood still noted on the washroom ramp area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator misunderstood the violation cited previously. Operator will paint over the exposed wood to prevent organic/ mold buildup - picture evidence will be emailed to the district inspector (email provided).

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff prepared the sanitizer container during the inspection. As per staff, sanitizer container is usually prepared during clean-up time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Prepared sanitizer container was noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual. Please remember that a sanitizer container or spray bottle must be set-up at all time whenever there is food preparation so food handlers has that available when required.
