    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 10/01/2025: The small refrigerator was observed to be empty and measured a temperature of 13°C. The large refrigerator measured between 9–10°C and contained several items, including bread dough and other miscellaneous food products.Please note that food must not be stored in any refrigerator that cannot consistently maintain a temperature of 4°C or lower, as this poses a food safety risk. All items must be removed immediately, and both refrigerators should be repaired as soon as possible to ensure proper cold holding temperatures are maintained.9/23/2025: The large refrigerator was measured at a temperature of 10C. The adjacent small refrigerator was measured at a temperature of 10-13C. All items inside of the refrigerators were moved to a different cooler/freezer during the inspection. Please repair or replace the two refrigerators and ensure that a temperature of 4C or lower is maintained at all times.

      • Some scoops in the dry storage area were improperly stored, with the handles in direct contact with the food.Please ensure that scoops are properly hung or stored in a way that prevents the handle from touching food, to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
