- QUAT sanitizer solution dispenser is dispensing concentration of 400ppm. - Have the dispenser recalibrated and ensure it is dispensing QUAT solution at 200ppm to be used as food surface sanitizer.- Staff have diluted all buckets and spray bottles that were tested too high and will continue diluting all outgoing solutions until dispenser is fixed.

- Bar glass washer is not dispensing iodine. Ran a cup twice and tested the contents with no change to test strips.- Repair the glass washer to ensure iodine solution is dispensing and concentration is between 12.5 - 25 mg/L.- Discontinue using glass washer until machine is fixed and have all the glasses sent to the back dishwasher.
