      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multisurface disinfectant is used for food contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action(s): As per bottle instructions, a rinse step is needed after using the spray for food contact surfaces. Use spray bottles or sanitizing buckets of 100ppm bleach sanitizer (half teaspoon bleach to 1L water) or 200ppm QUATs instead.
