      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher is not working properly, high temperature dishwasher is measured at 60C during final rinse cycle
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher to ensure that the temperature during final rinse is measured at minimum 71C at dish level or 82 C at the manifold. Meanwhile follow manual warewashing steps to wash and sanitize using 100ppm chlorine santizer and air dry
