      • Observation(s): Please submit a floor plan and new food premises application form for the new coffee bean roaster & overstock food storage location that is situated two units down from the Craft 42 coffee shop. Include details on raising bottom shelved to 6" or greater off the floor and, re-surfacing the untreated concrete floor to ensure cleanability of the space.
