- Observation(s): No measurable sanitizer observed in sanitizer bottles for use on hard surfaces. Please review mixing instructions with staff for how to properly mix sanitizer solutions and ensure that clear instructions are provided within the Railside Brewing sanitation plan, including, routine use of sanitizer test strips. Please discontinue storage of soiled cleaning cloths in the walk-in refrigerator and instead, properly contain/seal (ie. if causing issues with fly control) and launder at an increased frequency.
