     • Pansy Lane: only achieved 67.8 deg C after 2 attempts
     • Sunflower: Achieved 70 deg C after 3 attempts
     • Corrective Action(s): For these 2 cottages, run dishes through either one of the other cottages with a working dishwasher or through the main commercial kitchen.
