      • Observation: Walls not in good repair - not free from flaking materials and pilting and cracks. operator already upgraded same areas in the processing.
      • Corrective Action(s): Entire walls of processing / storage areas must ahve finishes that are smooth, impermeably washable and light in colour.

      • Observation: Roof and ceiling are not maintained in good repair.
      • Corrective Action(s): Roof to be repaired / replaced to ensure there is no leaking in the facility

      • 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
      • Observation: Floors not in good repair (down to base concrete). They must be maintained to facilitate effective cleaning and sanitation and to allow for draining.
      • Corrective Action(s): Floor (expecially subject to spray cleaning) must be durable, easily cleanable, non-slip and made / scaled of inpervious material
