- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Far end hand sink by the fryer station of the cooking area did not have a wall-mounted soap dispenser (broke off); only hand sanitizer dispenser available.
- Corrective Action(s): Replace wall-mounted soap dispenser at this hand sink and ensure that it has constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels. For the meantime, provide a pump-style soap dispenser until a more permanent one is installed. Reminder that hand sanitizer is NOT a replacement for hand washing for food handlers.
