      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two knives were observed to be stored with dried on food debris.
      • Corrective Action(s): Knives were washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of insepction. Ensure that all equipment, utensils, and surfaces are properly washed, rinsed and sanitized to help avoid potential cross contamination.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two spray bottles labeled as sanitizer were tested at approx. 100 ppm quats.
      • Corrective Action(s): Spray bottle emptied, quats sanitizer prepared at 200 to 400 ppm and spray bottles refilled. Surfaces re-sanitized. Ensure sanitizer is always maintained at the required concentration for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

      • Observation: Cold water turned off at three compartment sink due to small leak from left faucet.
      • Small leak observed under washroom hand sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Cold water turned on.
      • Operator stated that a plumber has been contacted to repair leaks. A bucket was placed under the washroom sink as an interim measure. Ensure all leaks are repaired. Date to be corrected by: August 29, 2024.
