      • Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at 100 to 200 ppm. Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach).

      • Observation: Styrofoam cup was used as a measuring cup for chilli powder. Scoop was also stored inside the chilli powder.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use styrofoam cups as a measuring cup. Styrofoam may break contaminate food items. Scoops should also be stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer pail had no detectable chlorine concentration. This is a continuing violation.
      • Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitizer equipment and food contact surfaces. Bleach sanitizer at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection. Continued compliance with this requirement will result in the issuance of a violation ticket in the amount of $230.
