      • The kitchen floor paint is peeling and exposing raw cement; the floor is not level and smooth in areas; some walls in the kitchen are chipped and unsealed; and the staff washroom door is broken and not intact. These surfaces are difficult to clean and are not sealed so they will absorb food and water. This will attract pests. Owner is in the process of obtaining quotes from different contractors to refinish the kitchen floor.

      • 1) Refinish the kitchen floor so it is level, smooth, sealed and cleanable.
      • 2) Repair kitchen walls to block holes and dents; and sand and paint drywall patches so the walls are smooth, sealed and cleanable.
      • 3) Replace the staff washroom door with a new one, so it is durable and cleanable.
