      • Observation: 1) Raw shelled eggs stored above vegetables in walk-in cooler. Raw eggs must be stored below ready to eat foods to prevent cross-contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Store raw eggs below ready to eat foods.
      • 2) Cardboard box of onions stored underneath shelving directly on the floor. Food must be stored in a secured food grade container on the floor or 6 inches off the floor to reduce pest attraction.
