    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The initial measured concentration of the QUAT sanitizer solution in the sanitizer pail was in excess (approximately 800ppm). Informed staff who diluted and prepared a fresh sanitizer pail and retested concentration was acceptable (200ppm). Please ensure sanitizer manufacturer instructions are followed and solution is properly diluted during preparation.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • A valid food handling permit was not posted onsite. Discussed concern with operator and a new valid food handling permit was printed and posted in a location visible to the public.
