- June 9, 2026 - Violation was still outstanding. The cold water knob for the handwashing station in the kitchen was not properly working. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and handwashing station has both hot and cold running water.

Two sets of light fixtures above food preparation areas in the kitchen were not covered and currently installed fluorescent bulbs were not shatterproof. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and constructed to prevent contamination of food products in the event the fixture breaks.
