- Improper dishwashing procedures. The facility was doing dishwashing without sanitizing and also using one comp sink. The facility does not have adequate sinks to do manual dishwashing.Please refrain from using reusable dishes as there are no adequate sinks/ dishwasher. The facility will only be using single use disposables.
