      • Corrective Action(s): Operator was instructed to dilute the bleach solution to below 200ppm. Ensure to use only 1/2 tsp of bleach per L of water.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooking oil stored next to bleach sanitizer (diluted in spray bottles) under the handwashing station. Keep food items separate from all chemicals to prevent contamination. Oil jugs were moved to cupboard with other dry ingredients.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwashing station is not obstructed and available for use at all times. Review proper handwashing procedures with staff to ensure adequate frequency of handwashing to prevent the spread of pathogens

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk jugs at 7 C in cooler #1.
      • Corrective Action(s): Milk jugs were re-located to cooler #2 (staff cooler). Ensure all other potentially hazardous foods (dairy, eggs, meats, cut produce, cooked foods etc.) that just arrived are stored in cooler #2 until cooler #1 is able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.

      • Observation: Cooler #1 (main cooler) at 8 C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure coolers are at 4 C or below at all time. Staff adjusted cooler setting for main cooler at the time of inspection.
      • If temperature does not drop to 4 C or below within the next 2 hours, adjust again. Service cooler if needed.
      • Correct immediately.
