      • A bowl/cut was being used as scoop and stored directly in bulk food items. Use a scoop with a handle and store in a way that prevents bulk foods from contamination.The cup was removed.

      • *Paper towel dispenser to protect the paper towel from contamination was not observed. The owner appears to have a paper towel dispenser on hand and will install one. Please send me a picture of the paper towel dispenser.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The 1-compartment and 2-compartment sink available for all dishwashing and toy washing within the facility are separated by counter space, which does not reflect the current floorplans provided. - A functional 3-compartment sink or approved mechanical dishwasher will be required within the kitchen for plan approval.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The designated hand sink is located behind the door swing contrary to provided floor plans. - Move the hand sink to a functionally safe space that is easily accessible. The program is not currently meeting the floorplans provided, therefore the above changes need to be made.  No paper towel dispenser located at hand sink.- Install appropriate hand drying method prior to approval inspection at a hand sink that is in a functionally safe space and easily accessible.

      • Fissured tegular ceiling tiles in kitchen and food storage area. - Kitchen ceiling must be smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • Areas of drywall exposed in areas above range hood.- Refinish walls in a manner that makes them smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
