- Observation: Food temperatures are currently at 9-11 degrees Celsius in the pizza prep cooler. Operator indicates that the temperature was recently adjusted due to freezing of the compressor lines.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator indicates that a repair technician is already scheduled to come later today to assess the unit.
- *Temperature adjusted at time of inspection. Monitor temps closely to ensure temperature is restored to 4 degrees Celsius or less within 2 hours.
- *If temperature does not reach 4 Celsius or less within 2 hours, transfer all perishable foods into other refrigerators until the unit can be assessed by the repair tech.
