- Corrective Action(s): (1) Staff refilled soap during inspection. Ensure liquid soap is readily available in mounted dispenser as soap dispenser overhead (on the paper towel dispenser) is hard to reach and can easily fall.

- Corrective Action(s): Operator aware of issue and has called for servicing. Ensure room is chilled to 10 degrees C or less and the fan covers thoroughly cleaned. Correct immediately.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer present in the 2 compartment sink where the blades for the meat cutting machine was being claned.
- Corrective Action(s): You must wash the blades with detergent, then rinse them with water, then place in 50-100ppm bleach solution for at least 30 seconds, then place on drying rack to air dry. To mix 50-100 ppm bleach solution, add 1 mL of bleach to 500 mL of water.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in the spray bottle was too concentrated 400ppm or above. Must be at 200ppm to be safe. Rolls of test strips were avalable however staff did not know how to use them.

- Observation: Workers were hosing down the processing room with water. No evidence of sanitizers being used. When asked, the worker stated that they mix detergent with sanitzer for cleaning food contact surfaces. This is contrary to proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure workers are aware of and are implementing proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures for food contact surfaces, even when managers are away. Post instructions outside the room.

- Observation: Droppings were noted in the warehouse. Pest control service has caught mice in the building. Gaps noted under the front door to the office and under the loading bay doors. One loading door was left open.
- Corrective Action(s): Continue with pest control. Remove droppings and monitor. Keep doors close. Close the gaps under doors, replace seals.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the tuna processing/kimichi manufacturing area was obstructed with a cutting board. This prevents proper hand washing of stuff. The cutting board as removed during inspection. Hand sink should be available for use at any time.
- Note: Tuna processing and kimichi manufacturing are on different days according to schedule.
