     • 2. Bay door sweep observed broken. Gap noted under door sweep (top and bottom).
     • Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace bay door and door sweep to seal all gaps to prevent pest entry. Send inspector photo.

     • Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning/organization required. Pull items away from walls - clean/organize work areas. Remove ANY unused items to free up space. An effort is to be made to keep all items stored off of floors.
