      • The walk-in freezer is not operational and no food is being stored in this unit. The repair of the unit is scheduled.Please repair the walk-in freezer so that a temperature of -18C can be maintained.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There is no handwashing sink available to food handlers other than the washroom sink.Please install a dedicated handwashing sink somewhere in the facility for convenient access to those handling the food items.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?

    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The non-operational walk-in freezer has large volumes of melting ice on shelving and on the floor.The shelving is unfinished wood. This wood will absorb the water and will be impossible to clean/repair from water damage.Please remove all the ice and water.Please discard all water damaged materials (including wood shelving).
