      • Corrective Action(s): A container of 100-200 ppm chlorine solution was prepared during the inspection. A new wiping cloth was fully submerged in the sanitizer solution. Store all wiping cloths in a sanitizer solution when not in use. Replace cloths and sanitizer solution when visibly soiled to prevent the growth of pathogens.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of soup were observed in front display cooler. Operator stated that soups were ordered from their warehouse location which has not yet received approval to produce this product.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the sale, and receiving of unapproved soups until the district EHO of the warehouse location has granted approval for the production of such products.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff stated dishes were not being sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff proper manual dishwashing steps for the 3 comaprtment sink during inspection. Staff set up the 3 compartment sink during inspection. Sanitizing sink measured at 100ppm. Follow the posted 3 compartment sink sign.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) Staff observed washing hands with gloves on.
      • (2) Towel observed above paper towel dispenser. Staff indicated it was for drying hands.
      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Gloves were discarded and hands properly washed during inspection. Gloves are single use and should never be washed. **Educate staff on proper handwashing and glove etiquette.**
      • (2) Towel removed during inspection. Do not use hanging towel to dry hands. Hands must be dried using single use paper towels.
