      • Observation: 10+ mouse droppings were noted on the floor in the side dry storage area. Some were also noted by the hot water tank.
      • At this time, facility does not a pest control company.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sweep, clean and sanitize any areas noted with mouse droppings so that you can monitor the pest situation.
      • Remove any unneccessary items that is not required for this business as this will only create harbourage sites for pests to hide and nest in.
      • Operator must get a one time service and report from a pest control company to evaluate the facility and assist with closing any openings for pest entries and to assist with issue. Submit the pest inspection report to the district inspector at [email protected] within 1 month and we will evaluate from there.
