      • No droppings observed in the storage room. Weather stripping remains in place at the base of the door.

      • Corrective Action(s): Bin all food items that can be chewed into(Especially in dry food storage room).
      • Place weather stripping on base of door to dry food storage room
      • Place expansion foam in all openings into the wall where plumbing goes into( both inside and in rooms outside the concession)
      • Clean and remove old droppings. Sanitize surfaces as discussed.

      • Corrective Action(s): -purchase a commercial liquid dish detergent, in the interim hand feed powdered detergent
      • -post a sign advising food handlers to use the powdered detergent until further notice
